You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or your most recent subscription renewal. No reason required.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the order lookup with the email address you used at checkout.
  • Contact Moss Interactive support through the in-app support channels and we will help you process your refund through Paddle.

After the 30-Day Window

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period. For exceptional circumstances outside the 30-day window, contact support — we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
