Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Post Forge (the "Service"), operated by Moss Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Post Forge is an AI-powered tool that generates social media content (captions, hashtags, calls-to-action, and posting ideas) for local businesses.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Send spam or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping);
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service;
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses generative AI models. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use any output.
- You must have the rights to any content you input (logos, brand names, photos).
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable; you must review them before publishing.
- We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and suspend accounts for repeated misuse.
- We respect intellectual property rights. To report infringing content, contact us; repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
- Outputs are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial).
5. Intellectual Property
Moss Interactive retains all rights to the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate for your own business use.
6. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account's Subscription page or via paddle.net.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (fraud, death, or personal injury).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Moss Interactive against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moss Interactive is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
